We booked a 2 bedroom loft but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom tennis villa. It had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms which both seem to be freshly renovated, the beds are super comfortable and the pools are a nice place to relax. It has an overall nice atmosphere and there are many things to do in the Busselton area. Very nice stay!
Our unit was beautiful and incredibly clean. I couldn’t believe how spacious it was. There were a lot of facilities to keep our kids entertained and the location was perfect for beach access.
All of the staff were incredibly accomodating. I highly recommend eating at their onsite restaurant also.

Had breakfast there with the family. Great little tucked away place on the beach .... Slightly different breakfast menu from "the norm"... The Pulled Pork Benedict was really good, and the Mushroom Breakfast dish was also really good... So do yourself and the family a favour, and get down there and check it out.
Beautiful spacious room, huge comfortable bed,spotless bathroom and small kitchenette in lovely quiet location. Beautiful heated indoor pool equally beautiful outdoor pool with BBQ areas and laundry. Restaurant and bar Tonic by the Bay is on site lovely space with large outdoor area. Great menu and 10% discount if you are staying on site. Highly recommended
The Broadwater Resort is a excellent place to stay if your planning to stay in Busselton. Lots of activities for the kids to do, this includes the indoor and outdoor pool, the timezone like area with a pool table and multiple arcade games, a tennis court with free supplies from reception. The service was outstanding, the lady at the desk was so polite and quick with her work. The room was fantastic with an upstairs bedroom, a master bedroom and another spare bedroom downstairs. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you would need to cook a home made meal. The laundry included a washing machine and a dryer with a back door leading to the clothes line. The only criticism about the room is the tiny air-conditioning unit above the TV in the living room, and only ceiling fans in the other 3 rooms. The hotel is a minute walk away from the beach, and has really easily get out on foot. The natural beauty has the entire feel of the resort feel like a tropical island. The hotel is also really close to a farmers market which has a supermaket and a coffee place which opens at 6:00 AM, which is much easier then waiting till 8:00 AM for a coffee at the resort. The safety of the resort was outstanding with gates and fences everywhere around the pool stopping young ones from falling into the pool without you there, fences around the tennis court made it so the ball stayed in the tennis court making it safe for those around. Overall a perfect place to stay for anyone or family planning to come to Busselton.
An amazing resort. The rooms are great, my ground floor apartment overlooked the pool area, with the trees and plants everywhere it was idyllic. The staff were friendly and made me feel really welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. Even though the Lionesses beat the Matildas!
My daughter recently stayed at Broadwater for Leavers and I just wanted to thank you for looking after them all so well and making it a safe and enjoyable experience. I know it cant be easy but I do admire and respect the way you went about everything from start to finish and having such a great attitude towards the event and the students in attendance. THANK YOU!
Loved the resort, all the employees were very welcoming especially the owner Evan, definitely the best chap around and has really good banter. 10/10 would recommend staying
